If you are purchasing as a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of taking possession of the product. Detailed rules and any exceptions can be found in the Store Terms and Conditions.
How to report a return?
- Provide a clear statement of your withdrawal from the contract. You may use the form indicated in the Terms and Conditions, but it is not mandatory.
- Provide details that allow us to identify the order and the product.
- Return the product in accordance with the current return instructions. Do not send the shipment to an address found in an outdated message or on an external website.
Preparing the product
Secure the phone and include all returned items. Before shipping, back up any necessary data, log out of your Apple account, turn off "Find My," and remove the passcode. The seller is not responsible for any data left on the device.
You may inspect the product to the extent that would be possible in a brick-and-mortar store. You are liable for any decrease in its value resulting from use that exceeds such inspection.
Refunds
Refunds are processed in accordance with the regulations and the Terms and Conditions, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed. The seller may withhold the refund until the product is received or proof of its return is provided.
